Refund & Cancellation Policy – RAAH

At RAAH, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Since most of our products are Made to Order and handcrafted, we follow a structured and fair system for refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.


1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

  • We accept returns and exchanges on all orders within 5 working days of delivery.

  • The item must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In its original packaging

    • With all tags and labels intact

Any sign of wear, perfume, damage, or alteration will make the return ineligible.


2. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Include your Order ID + Reason for Return (with photos/videos if defect-related).

Once approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions.


3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued either as:

    • Original Payment Method (UPI / Card / Netbanking), or

    • Store Credit / Coupon Code (based on your preference)

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds/Exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The return request is raised after 5 working days

  • The item is used / washed / damaged / missing tags

  • The order was for a customised or altered product (unless damaged)


5. Cancellation Policy

Since we begin processing your order immediately:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

  • Address change or corrections may be accepted within 2 hours of placing the order, subject to approval.

  • RAAH reserves the right to cancel any order due to payment failure, invalid address, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.


6. Exchange Policy (Size / Style / Preference)

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, you may request an exchange under the same 5-day return window.

  • One free exchange per order may be allowed (based on location and stock availability).

  • Shipping charges may apply for multiple exchanges.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please send an unboxing video along with your request. We will replace it at no extra cost or offer a full refund.
