1. About RAAH

RAAH is a luxury streetwear label offering handcrafted apparel rooted in Indian culture. Each piece is made using traditional techniques such as zari, hand embroidery, and block printing, presented through a modern streetwear lens. Most products are produced in limited quantities, making every purchase exclusive.

2. Made-to-Order Policy

Many of our products are Made to Order to ensure craftsmanship quality and avoid mass production.
Once an order is placed, our artisans begin handcrafting your piece.
Production & dispatch may take 7–15 working days depending on design complexity.
Delays may occur due to craftsmanship requirements — we appreciate your patience and understanding.

3. Product Variations

Due to the handcrafted nature of our garments, slight variations in embroidery, texture, or finish may occur.
These are not defects, but a testament to handmade individuality.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in INR (₹).
We accept UPI / Cards / Net Banking / Wallets / Cash on Delivery (if enabled).
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, but address corrections may be allowed within 2 hours of ordering (subject to approval).

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on all orders, provided the request is made within 5 working days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Once approved, we will arrange reverse pickup or provide return instructions.
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
Customized or heavily altered items are not eligible unless damaged.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped across India via trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery time: 5–12 working days after dispatch.
RAAH is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, incorrect addresses, or customer unavailability.
If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery attempts or wrong address, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as production may begin immediately.
RAAH reserves the right to cancel orders in case of fraud or payment failure, in which case a full refund will be issued.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, photography, and brand content on this website belong to RAAH.
Copying, reproduction, or redistribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

RAAH is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

10. Updates to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of our website implies acceptance of updated terms.
